We are sited on a 10,187 sq.m parcel of land at 15-B Pandan Road, Jurong Town, Singapore 609264.

Our modern workshop has a covered production floor area of 3,990 sq.m with a clear eave height of 9 metres. Also, we have an open concrete yard of 2,506 sq.m facing Sungei Pandan at the rear of the workshop. The workshop is equipped with four (4) units of Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) Cranes covering the full - 109 metres - length of the factory.

A crane hauling a concrete slab The unique feature of our plant is the 61 meter long waterfront along Sungei Pandan. This is where heavy structures, large diameter storage tanks, pipe spools, offshore structures etc., which are not transportable by road, are fabricated either in the factory or open yard and then loaded directly onto flat-top barges with mobile or floating cranes.
